
Refund Policy
All purchases are FINAL and non-refundable. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. However, a ONE YEAR CREDIT will be provided from the original booking/purchase date.
This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Weather-related issues such as bad weather, sudden changes in wind conditions, small-craft advisories, storms, or hurricanes.
(b) Travel delays, schedule changes, or cancellations made by the customer or their party.
(c) Any medical or personal emergency preventing attendance.
(d) Exceeding the maximum capacity stated in the reservation.
For the 24' Crownline, the maximum capacity is 8 guests. If the customer arrives with more guests than listed, a second boat may be provided, only if available, and will require an additional fee for both the vessel and the captain.

Credit Eligibility
To receive the one-year credit, the customer must notify us by text message or email at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled booking.
Please note that captains are reserved as soon as the boat is booked online, and they play an essential role in our service. Because of this, timely notice is required so we can inform the captain and allow them the opportunity to accept another charter.
