Terms & Conditions

All purchases are FINAL and non-refundable. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. However, a ONE YEAR CREDIT will be provided from the original booking/purchase date.

This includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Weather-related issues such as bad weather, sudden changes in wind conditions, small-craft advisories, storms, or hurricanes.
(b) Travel delays, schedule changes, or cancellations made by the customer or their party.
(c) Any medical or personal emergency preventing attendance.
(d) Exceeding the maximum capacity stated in the reservation, for the 24' Crownline, the maximum capacity is 8 guests. If the customer arrives with more guests than listed, a second boat may be provided, only if available, and will require an additional fee for both the vessel and the captain.
